Passing On The Torch

“And what you have heard from me through many witnesses entrust to faithful people who will be able to teach others as well.” - 2 Timothy 2:2

Paul’s instruction to Timothy reveals the multiplication principle at the heart of spiritual wisdom. True learning isn’t complete until we pass on what we’ve received to others who can continue the chain of teaching and growth. This creates a legacy that extends far beyond our own lives.

Mentorship is one of the most powerful ways to invest in others and create lasting change in our communities. Whether formal or informal, these relationships provide opportunities to share not just knowledge but wisdom gained through experience. They also offer mutual blessing, as mentors often learn as much from those they guide as they teach.

Wisdom recognizes that everyone has something valuable to offer others. You don’t need advanced degrees or professional expertise to mentor someone. Life experience, spiritual insights, practical skills, or simply a caring heart can make a profound difference in someone else’s journey.
